Key Features which add value to your property
The property is powerwashed with an industrial Honda petrol driven pressure washer to remove any loose paint and dirt including mosses, lichens, etc . If necessary a biowash liquid is used at this stage.
The property is then masked , all windows and doors and any areas not being treated are protected, and all garden areas are covered.
Specialist surface renders and fillers are used to repair any cracks and damaged areas.
When all has been restored a primer coat is applied to any bare cementious areas and the first coat of our long life paint is applied. This stage varies slightly depending on the product being applied ie Textured or Smooth finish.
After the second coat has been applied the property is demasked and all debris removed revealing the finished job.
