ABOUT US
Concept Villa Painting have been improving the looks of properties in Spain for over 9 years. We are based in Javea and we currently have two teams in the Costa Blanca and one team in the Costa del Sol.
The company ethos is very simple, provide the very best coating materials in Europe, provide conscientious experienced applicators and quote fairly and competitively.
We do not employ flashy salesmen or sales teams. Each quote is undertaken by our team leader or our estimator.
Each contract has a team leader responsible for his own projects who reports daily on progress back to the office. Our teams each complete on average 30 properties per year and in 2007 prices ranged from 1900 euros to 17000 euros, the average price is around 5600 euros and represents great value for money.
We are the first approved applicators in Spain for two of our three suppliers
Concept Villa Painting rarely advertise in expensive media publications or radio. We have achieved our success through recommendations, our referral system and open days. Due to our low overheads ie no salesmans fee 15%, newspapers 10%, radio 5%, we believe we can provide the very best value for money quotations for long life coatings in Spain.
